Shopping-Q E-Commerce System

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Customer has the ability to fully test our software prior to purchase (via a Free Trial store on our servers). Therefore, Bitwise Software does NOT offer refunds or exchanges for any Shopping-Q purchase. Customer should request a Free Trial store prior to making any purchase to insure Shopping-Q is compatible with their server and meets Customer's needs. Hosting companies wishing to evaluate a Free Trial Version of the Shopping-Q software on their network may do so upon request. 

INSTALLATION POLICY AGREEMENT:
Customer has carefully read the Installation and Web Server Requirements Web Page.
Customer understands and agree to the following conditions as part of this purchase:

1) Customer is solely responsible for installing ShoppingQ onto Customer's working web site and active domain name in order to use Shopping-Q. If Customer needs installation assistance, Customer agrees to seek help from Customer's hosting company or server administrator. The makers of Shopping-Q do not have access to Customer's server and will not be able to install the software for Customer. Customer must arrange for installation.

2) Customer will need root level server access via Telnet or SSH in order to properly install ShoppingQ and set server / file permissions.

3) Customer acknowledges that ShoppingQ only runs on a compatible Linux web server and will NOT run on a Windows, Unix, FreeBSD, Solaris or non-Redhat Linux compatible servers.

4) Each Shopping-Q store is licensed by its exact domain name and path to the store and each license Customer purchases only runs a single store at a single licensed location. Additional licenses must be purchased to run ShoppingQ on or for multiple stores whether on the same web server or not. If Customer changes its domain name or the path to the store, a new store license will need to be purchased.

5) Customer has evaluated Shopping-Q fully before this purchase and agree that Shopping-Q meets my needs.

6) All sales are final and that Customer is not entitled to a refund once Customer's order has been placed.

7) Customer understands that Shopping-Q's pricing, terms, and conditions are subject to change in the future without notice.
